Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by Personalised Gift Supply (“Company”) in relation to the wholesale/dropshipping of personalised gifts. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

  1. Artwork Usage: By providing any artwork, you confirm that you have the right and appropriate license to use such artwork. The Company assumes that all artwork provided by you is in compliance with copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The Company shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement related to the artwork used by you.

  2. Payment Terms: Payment terms are set at 0-day credit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices will be generated on a weekly basis and issued every Friday. Payment for the invoices is due upon receipt.

  3. Accounts on Hold: Accounts with outstanding payments exceeding 7 days will be placed on hold until the payment is made. The Company reserves the right to suspend services until the outstanding balance is cleared, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

  4. Pre-built Website Usage: Any pre-built websites found to be engaging in illegal activities, advertising or selling prohibited items, or undertaking any other unlawful activity will be shut down immediately. The Company holds no responsibility for any website activity on a pre-built website.

  5. Website Functionality and Loss of Earnings: The Company will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings resulting from website downtime, slow loading speeds, orders not flowing through, or loss of earnings caused by stocking errors, courier/delivery issues, or any other related issues. The engraving system operates autonomously, and the Company does not take responsibility for any rude or offensive wording requested. However, the Company reserves the right to reject any personalisation that is deemed inappropriate.

  6. Pre-built Website Support: The pre-built websites provided by the Company are supplied “as is.” The Company does not offer website support for any issues caused by the user. The Company also does not undertake any additional website work. However, upon request, the Company can provide contact information for a web developer.

  7. Pricing and VAT: All pricing is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as per applicable laws.

  8. Order Acceptance: The Company reserves the right to refuse any order under the following circumstances:
    Goods are not available.
    Pricing or product description errors occur.
    The customer fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our terms and conditions.

  1. Dispatch and Delivery Policy: The Company aims to dispatch orders no later than the next day, with a goal of dispatching the same day whenever possible. We operate 7 days a week and deliver 7 days a week using a 2-day delivery service. For example, orders placed on Thursday will be dispatched no later than Friday and delivered no later than Sunday. However, the Company is not responsible for any delays in dispatch or shipping.

  2. Incorrect Address or Personalisation: The Company is not liable for any incorrect address or personalization provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address or personalisation, a new product will need to be ordered at the customer’s expense.

  3. Next Day Delivery and Cut-Off Time: Next day delivery is available 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays, with a cut-off time of 4 pm.

  4. Artwork, Designs, and Product Images: Unauthorized use of the Company’s artwork, designs, or product images is strictly prohibited unless purchasing the items directly from the Company.

  5. Changes to Website and Pricing: The Company reserves the right to make changes to the website, products, and pricing without prior notice.

  6. GDPR Compliance: The Company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on how we handle and protect personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  7. Cancellations and Returns: Cancellations and returns are subject to our Cancellation and Returns Policy, which can be found on our website.

  8. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
